  • Blue ocean - when everyone (think Klarna, Affirm, PayPal) goes to online and e-commerce, you go to bricks and mortar retail
  • Value - Add value to everyone - buyers, sellers, and partners
  • Focus - Initially, laser focus to capture ONE market segment for which you add compelling value (auto repair)
  • Expand - Learn how to make that work and expand to other segments with similar characteristics (dental, eye wear)
  • Transparency - Maintain utter transparency to buyers, merchants, and partners and make that part of your value proposition
